What types of checks are accepted with Mobile Deposit?
Check Deposit accepts checks from U.S. financial institutions, in U.S. dollars. The following items are eligible for mobile deposit:
- Personal checks
- Business checks
- Government/US treasury checks
- Cashier's checks
Check types that are not eligible for mobile deposit include the following:
- U.S. savings bonds
- Checks from foreign (non-U.S.) financial institutions
- Money orders
- Traveler’s checks
- Image Replacement Documents (RDIs)
- Checks made payable to others (either primary or joint)
- Checks not payable in U.S dollars
Check Deposit is available for eligible accountholders. Some customers may not be eligible to deposit personal checks. Please refer to your Deposit Account Agreement for more information.
