How do I get a replacement Upgrade Visa® Debit Card?
If you lose your debit card or it stops working, please sign in to your Upgrade account and lock your card. You’ll also be able to report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged and request a new one. You should receive your replacement card in the mail in 7–10 business days after you request it.
