I forgot my password
Follow these steps if you forgot your password:
Before you start:
- Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your account.
- If you have multiple Upgrade accounts, use the email for the specific account you want to access.
Forgot Password Process:
- Click here to start the forgot your password process.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Continue.
- Check your email** for the 6-digit verification code (Verification codes expire after 10 minutes). ***
- Enter the verification code on the Upgrade website and click Continue.
- If prompted, enter your SSN, new password, and confirm your new password.
- Select Reset Password.
- Log-in with your new password.
**If you do not receive a verification code, check your Spam or Junk folder before requesting a new one.
***Need the code sent differently? Below the Verification Code field, you can choose to:
- Resend the email
- Get a code via text message
- Get a code via phone call
Troubleshooting
Not receiving the verification code?
- Check your spam/junk email folder.
- Make sure you entered the email address associated with the account you’re trying to reset.
- Try the text message or phone call options instead.
- Wait a few minutes - delivery can sometimes be delayed.
- Use the resend option if needed (codes expire after 10 minutes).
